SQNTIAL (“the app”) is a music theory and practice application focused on guitar, bass, rhythm, and structured musical development.
This Privacy Policy explains what information the app currently uses, stores, and processes.
1. Information Stored
The current version of the app primarily stores information locally on your device.
This may include:
- app settings and preferences
- selected instrument or tuning configurations
- saved practice routines or local session data
- subscription entitlement state
- other local app configuration required for normal functionality
At the time of this release, this information is stored locally on-device and is not uploaded to external servers operated by the developer.
2. Accounts & Online Services
The current version of the app does not require:
- user accounts
- email sign-in
- social login systems
- cloud synchronization
The app currently operates primarily as a local-first application.
3. Website Email Updates
SQNTIAL may collect email addresses voluntarily submitted through the website update form.
Email addresses may be used for product updates, launch announcements, feature releases, and related SQNTIAL communications. MailerLite is used as the email subscriber management provider.
Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time using links included in email communications. SQNTIAL does not sell subscriber email addresses.
4. Purchases & Subscriptions
Subscriptions and purchases are handled through platform providers such as:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play
The developer does not directly process or store payment card information.
Billing-related information may be processed by platform providers according to their own privacy policies and terms.
5. Analytics, Advertising & Tracking
The current version of the app:
- does not use third-party advertising services
- does not sell personal information
- does not intentionally track users across apps or websites
- does not currently use third-party analytics or telemetry systems
If analytics, diagnostics, or online services are introduced in future versions, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
6. Permissions
The current version of the app may request standard device permissions only where required for app functionality.
Additional permissions may be introduced in future versions if new functionality requires them. Any such changes will be reflected in future updates to this Privacy Policy and through normal platform permission prompts.

As the app evolves, features and services may change over time.
If future updates introduce additional data collection, online functionality, or account-based services, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

The app is not specifically directed toward children under the age required by local laws for independent digital consent.
